Improve customer journeys at a Really Useful Day

Are you interested in improving customer journeys and making your website easier for your customers to use?

You need to come to a free training day in Stevenage, organised by Local Direct. Called a ‘Really Useful Day’, it’s a mixture of:

  • practical workshops
  • inspiring talks (including a speaker from the Government Digital Service)
  • the chance to network with other councils in your area.

You’ll have the chance to come up with model user journeys for popular services and learn how other councils have improved their websites. Lunch and refreshments are provided.

We’re encouraging participants from digital teams, customer services, policy teams and anyone else in your council whose input is essential when making website improvements.

You can sign up for this event on the Local Direct website.

Later in 2014 LocalGov Digital will collaborate with Local Digital on four Really Useful Days – keep an eye on our Twitter account for more information about dates and locations.

For other events – online and off – check our events page or information on the Communications and Community Management work stream.
