LocalGovCamp and Fringe 2016

The biggest and best unconference for local government returns to Birmingham in 2016.

Run by local government people, for local government people since 2009, this year's event is at The Bond Company on 3 and 4 June.

We know how tight money is right now, and just like previous years LocalGovCamp will be free for everyone to attend.

Friday is fringe day, with a number of events including our Makers Day where we crowdsource three challenges around digital transformation and service design. Think of it like being part of a team of tens of developers and designers working on a problem you face.

Saturday is the main unconference, allowing everyone attending to pitch and run a session. Don't pay for the privilege of listening to a keynote speaker drone through hundreds of slides, come along and think, do and share with other local government digital professionals for free.

We'll be releasing details of how get tickets and a call for sponsors soon. In the meantime please save the dates and find out what happened in 2015.
